Ten months after police officers brushed off George Floyd's moans for help on the street outside a south Minneapolis grocery, the square remains a makeshift memorial for Floyd who died at the hand of police making an arrest. NBA Preparing For Chauvin Verdict, Could Postpone Games The NBA is already making preparations for what to do once the verdict is announced in the Derek Chauvin trial. According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, the league sent a memo to all 30 teams advising them to ‘be vigilant’ about the verdict, and that games could be postponed for “a night or two” depending on the reaction from players and the public. Chauvin has been charged with murder in the death of George Floyd, which kicked off massive protests last year and inspired the NBA to add social justice messages to jerseys and paint ‘Black Lives Matter’ on the court.  Jury deliberations are set to begin Monday. What do you think will be the reaction to the Chauvin verdict?  How should the league handle it?
