The drama is continuing for Mary J. Blige: According to a new report, two homes she owns with her former husband, Kendu Isaacs, are in foreclosure proceedings.
Apex Bank sued Blige and Isaacs to foreclose the homes in Cresskill and Saddle River, New Jersey, after the two allegedly failed to make mortgage payments, Bossip.com reports. The couple is accused of not meeting the $8 million mortgage on their Saddle River estate, and defaulting on their $2 million mortgage on their Cresskill home.
These are the latest legal troubles for the singer, who reportedly is facing more than $5 million in federal tax liens.
As previously reported, Blige and Issaacs settled their divorce in March. The nine-time Grammy Award winner filed for divorce in 2016, citing “irreconcilable differences.”
