Dream said that he can help the label in a time of change in the music industry. I, with the help of many others, have ran a successful business for the last five years in the midst of the 'Digital Change.'" Dream has done work with Beyonce, Rihanna, and Jay-Z among others. His job will be to seek and develop new talent for the label, as well as overseeing the current artist’s releases.
