He was on probation for a marijuana conviction in 2008, and was sentenced to five years probation. Scrappy was ordered to stay away from illegal drugs, alcohol and was also to complete an alcohol and drug education program, along with 240 hours of community service. He was also arrested for carrying a concealed weapon, obstruction of officers and fighting. A sentencing of one-year probation for each offense has been issued.
