Miley Cyrus was rushed to the hospital because of a bad allergic reaction to antibiotics. Miley is taking medicine because she is so exhausted from tour life as well as emotionally drained from the death of her dog Floyd that it has made her sick. Friends of Miley said she is taking the loss so hard, that she has started partying a lot and drugs are involved. The "23" singer has been drinking a lot to try and submerge her feelings. It is not working out too well for her. She had to cancel her upcoming show in St. Louis because the doctors told her she wouldn't be going home for a day or two. Miley is doing alright now, but its never easy losing a family member. RIP Floyd.

Ice Cube was a bit of a sore loser at the MTV Movie awards. When his category came up for "Best on Screen Duo" Ice Cube thought he and Kevin Hart for "Ride Along", had it in the bag, but the award was giving to Paul Walker and Vin Diesel for Fast and Furious. Ice Cube was a little upset in an interview with USA today about his loss. He said "We had the best chemistry of everybody nominated, for us not to win was crazy." Although it may seem that Ice was dissing the late Paul Walker for winning. Ice said he was not actually mad Paul Walker won just a little surprised his duo act did not come out on top. Its okay Ice Cube, we still admire you.

Beyonce and her husband Jay-Z made surprise appearances this past weekend at Coachella. They were both unannounced performances but the crowds went crazy. Beyonce was the first to take the stage. She danced during her sister Solange's set. The audience loved it even though Beyonce did not sing a single note. Next Jay-Z rapped along side his nemesis Nas only for a few minutes. Just as fast as they made their surprise appearance, Jay-Z and Beyonce were going in the blink of an eye. The lucky audience of Coachella will have a night to remember forever.

Big Sean has called off his wedding with fiancé Naya Rivera. The "Beware" rapper said his fiancé is too controlling, demanding to know where he is every minute of every day, and she would say things like "If you don't listen to what I say, I'll ruin your career." Sources say the Glee Star would over worry about Sean around other women, that she would get into jealousy fits and start breaking things. The couple went to counseling and that's when Sean decided to call the wedding off. He wishes nothing but the best for his ex fiancé and is hoping to work through their issues out of the public eye. Maybe one day they will walk down the isle but for now, no wedding bells.

Chris Brown is not in LA jail, but in a Virginia jail and it's like the four seasons. Chris was placed in limited general population. He gets to shower whenever he wants and he has basic amenities. He gets TV, telephone, library, exercise, and meals in the cafeteria. An administrator said Chris does not get special treatment because he is a celebrity. Virginia jail beats LA jail where Chris would be in solitary confinement for 23 hours a day, while in Virginia he has free range to interact with other inmates. Let's just hope there are no Rihanna fans in that jail or a jail house fight might break out.

After an epic five-day, cross-country flight on a federal Con-Air prisoner plane, Chris Brown finally landed in Washington, D.C., on Monday night, where he is awaiting trail in an assault case.

According to CNN, when Brown landed he was met by U.S. marshals, who took him to the local lock-up. The singer was reportedly chained at his ankles, wrists and arms for much of the time he was in custody, which began on Wednesday when Los Angeles County sheriff's deputies turned him over to the marshals.

While in transit, Brown, 24, missed a Monday court appearance where his lawyer, Mark Geragos, attempted to convince a judge that the assault charge his client is facing should be tossed out because of prosecutorial misconduct. Judge Patricia Wynn rejected Geragos' argument that U.S. attorneys abused the grand jury process in preparing their case against the singer.

The Con-Air flight took so long because it uses heavily guarded passenger planes that make multiple stops across the country to pick up and drop off prisoners.

Brown and bodyguard Christopher Hollosy have been charged withassaulting a man
outside a D.C. hotel in October. Both men are facing misdemeanor charges in the case, with Hollosy slated to begin his trial on April 17 and Brown going to court on April 21.

The long flight was the continuation of Brown's latest legal troubles. He was sent to jail in Los Angeles on March 14
after getting kicked out of a rehab program for violating its rules, itself a violation of Brown's probation from his 2009 assault on then-girlfriend Rihanna.

CNN reported that though Brown is not likely to get any jail time if convicted in the misdemeanor case in D.C., even if he's acquitted he might still have to fly back to Los Angeles in custody.

Are congratulations in order for Chanel Iman A$AP Rocky The couple of more than one year are reportedly engaged, according to sources at Page Six.

The Victoria's Secret Angel hasn't been rocking an engagement ring, the paper reports, because she and her rapper beau want to keep the happy news to themselves for now.

The Harlem rapper, 25, and runway beauty, 23, have managed to keep their relationship out of the tabloids, but have been spotted arm-in-arm — and looking in love — at several red carpet events in late 2013.

Hopefully they'll share their happy news with the rest of us soon!

Fort Hood was apart of another deadly shooting spree yesterday. Specialist Ivan Lopez went from one building to the next firing a .45 caliber hand gun, killing 3 people and wounding 16 others. He then put the gun to his head and took his own life.
Lopez was deployed twice to Iraq but was not involved in the combat. He suffered from depression, anxiety and sleep disturbances, which doctors gave him Ambien to help him sleep. Psychologist saw nothing in Lopez's behavior that would lead to such a violent attack and his record shows no bad behavior, he was clean. Some say there was a disagreement in one of the units which may have led to the shooting but police are still unsure. Our thoughts and prays go out to all the victims families and everyone in Fort Hood Texas.

The rapper was arrested last summer when he was going through a security checkpoint at LAX and TSA officials discovered less than an ounce of marijuana and promethazine in his checked luggage.

He's scheduled to be arraigned in a Los Angeles court next week.

Columbus Short will evade the long arm of the law, at least for now. The Scandal star won't face criminal charges from the bar brawl last month in which he allegedly left a man bloodied and unconscious, TMZreports. Instead, the victim of Short's brutal attack hopes to reach a settlement with the actor.

A lawyer for the victim, whose name has not been released, said his client wants to resolve the situation as amicably as possible because he and Short have mutual friends — the altercation reportedly occurred during a family member's engagement party.

During the March 15 incident, Short and the victim are said to have gotten into an argument that resulted in him telling the actor, "You might be richer than me but I get my girls to buy me everything I want, including your wife."

According to eyewitnesses, the heated exchange prompted the actor to "sucker punch" the man in the back of the head, leaving him unconscious, bloodied and with a broken nose.

This isn't Short's first violent outburst. Earlier this year he was arrested twice for incidents of domestic abuse against his wife, and in 2010, he received three years probation after punching a man during a basketball game, knocking out several of the victim's teeth.

Rapper Wale was sitting behind the announcing table at WWE Monday Night Raw in Washington D.C. He was enjoying his time munching on popcorn until a wrestling fan started taunting the rapper. Before anyone could move Wale got out of his seat a punched the heckler right in the face. Security swooped in to break up the event. All that were involved in the incident were taking out into the hallway. A little while later Wale returned to his seat and started munching on more popcorn like nothing had happen. Maybe Wale has what it takes to be a WWE superstar….. or maybe a UFC fighter.
