The Air Jordan remastered series continues to drop great classic colorways and newer colorways. The newest of the Air Jordan 7's official name is the Barcelona Nights but, has been nicknamed "Marvin the Martian" by sneakerheads. These have a multicolored tongue on the 7, with a black leather and nubuck on the upper. The red Jumpman logo is on the ankle of the shoe also accents the blue, grey, and what Jordan Brand calls solar red. Will you be copping these on Saturday, March 7th? Kanye West dropped the studio version of his new single "All Day". Listen to it below & it's available to buy on iTunes. "All Day" is off of Kanye's upcoming seventh studio album, "So Help Me God." Now sports anchors are taking shot at Iggy Azalea. ESPN's Robert Flores said in a new "What Did We Learn" segment on Sports Center, the reporter called out Iggy's boyfriend and Los Angeles Lakers forward Nick Young. "Nick, while dolphins are trying to kill you, your girlfriend's trying to kill Hip Hop," Flores said. "Let's call it even, OK?" Check out the video below.
90s R&B super group is back! Jodeci's "The Past, The Present, The Future" drops March 31st. The group reuniting last year with "Nobody Wins" featuring B.o.B and following it up with the single "Every Moment". "The Past, The Present, The Future" is their first since album 1995's The Show, The After Party, The Hotel. The legendary engineer DJ Young Guru will be apart of The Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) first installment of its "Hip Hop Speaker" series. MIT's has a newly founded “Hip Hop Speaker" programming that pairs leaders in Hip Hop with faculty and students at the university. Young Guru has worked with Jay-Z, Alicia Keys, Pete Rock, Ludacris, Fabolous, Rihanna, and Beyonce. Guru is scheduled to lecture March 6th at MIT and will speak about the gap between the intentions and the execution of innovation and the ultimate execution as design and tech continue to create, recreate new realities, and the state of Hip Hop today. Emojis are finally getting more diverse. In Apple's next update for emoji icons, the little guys and gals will have six different skin tones to choose from. With male and female faces, as well as thumbs up and thumbs down icons, will be available in the different colors. By tapping and holding on an emoji person will bring up the new skin tone. The diverse people are just some of the 300 new emojis included in the latest updated version of iOS 8.3. The new icons won't be available to the public until the update is released later this year.
