by Hot Crew posted Apr 4 2014 12:07PM
David Letterman, the longest late night running show host in the history of TV has announced his retirement. He announced on his show last night that he would be retiring in 2015. He wants to spend more time with his family. Dave was 34 when he first stared hosting and he is now going on 67. Letterman started his career as a stand-up comic in late 1970s. He got his first morning show hosting gig in 1980 and a short two years later he his late night career began. Letterman’s contract will expire by next year and he does not have any plans to renew it. So thank you David Letterman for all the laughs over the past decades. You will be missed as a late night host.
